Black car seat cover with backpack straps. I think this was designed to be relatively universal. I don't know exactly which seats it fits and which it doesn't. It looks like it's this one:

But it was given to me several years ago, so the model may be slightly different.
I can tell you it fit our Britax Marathon.
The zipper isn't in fantastic shape - it still works, but it's a little catchy.
