An older-model flatscreen/tube TV (27-1/2"W x 19"D x 20"H with 24" diagonal screen) with remote control. Not at all fancy, but it's in pretty good condition—no complaints in the many years I've had it. It's pretty heavy and I'm on the third floor, so you might need two people to carry it downstairs. For this weekend, Sat/Sun morning.
