City Walks: New York: 50 Adventures on Foot
This is a nice set of cards in a box - each one has a separate walk in one of the boroughs with sights/descriptions on one side and a map on the reverse. There is a little intro book as well. This one is from 2004 and if you want to know more about it see the one in the following link (keep in mind that the one in the link has been revised for 2010). In excellent condition.
