Cooling/heating/dehumidifying/fan. The model is SoleusAir MAC-10K or MAC-12K (I don't remember which).
Works fine (I used it just this summer), includes a remote control & manual.
The exhaust duct hoses must be replaced, but you can find them at any hardware store for only a few dollars.
This unit is bulky and heavy (80 pounds). You'll need a vehicle to move it.

I am looking for the regular size large suitcase with wheels, not carry on luggage in good and clean condition, combined dimensions shouldn't exceed 62''. Willing to pick up in Manhattan or Brooklyn.

I'm offering four well-loved yellow pine ladder-back chairs. These vintage dining room chairs have been in my family over 60 years. Two of the chairs have arms, two are armless.
Very sturdy and well-made, but they need some TLC to look their best again. The rush seats are worn and need to be replaced. The wood is solid, though the finish is worn, and the design is classic.
These chairs really deserve to go to a new home. They are currently located in Brooklyn Heights. No flakes, please.

you can be the absolute hero of a couple of foster kids who desperately want all of the above. The Queen Elsa dress is primarily for "when it is a snowy day" but they're desperate to have a Queen Elsa dress when that snowy day finally comes. So if someone in your household is going to be using it through Halloween, I can wait.
