This futon frame is a bit special.
The futon folds from bed to couch just fine, but it needs to have a bar replaced (you can see in the images that there's a bit of 2x4 doing the job right now, but it's held in place with tape). Cinderblocks or something else to prop it up will also work.
I'd really like to get this out by the end of the weekend, if not sooner, and will trash it if need be.
