Scott Jordan sofa that is 12 years old and in good condition. It has a pull-out queen-size bed that has rarely been used over the 12 years we've had this piece of furniture. The sofa has been well-used during that time so the cushions are not nearly as firm as they once were. Picture attached (dog not included.)
