Hoover WindTunnel upright self-propelled vacuum, about 10 years old. Hoover doesn't have the manual available online, but the parts are all still available for it. Attached are two photos of the vacuum.

It works well but is a little beat up. The self-propulsion doesn't really work anymore, but can probably be fixed with a belt or something.
