Like new, except for one long tear along one of the bottom sides beneath the netting. Therefore, this item is only be usable for a small baby who can sleep in the bassinet position. The bassinet is NOT a removable piece (this is not like a GRACO play yard) -- it's simply a firm mattress pad that you place in the bassinet position so a baby can sleep on top of it. Brand: Delta. Includes owners' manual (which is necessary for putting it all together). It served us very well, but it's definitely a very basic play yard; not fancy at all.
Pick up: Weekdays, doorman building, 9:00 to 7:00 pm. Prefer someone who could pick up on Monday.
