Size 7 women's Rollerblade brand of rollerblades.
I bought them many years ago and loved them. Have been in protected storage and look like they were when I wore them last, still in good condition and definitely have another life to live.
These have the ABT (active braking technology) system. The brake pads are worn but have quite a bit of rubber left before hitting their "wear limit" line that's printed on the pad.
They look like the ones in the link below but are all dark greyish black with purple buckles. The Rollerblade logo is in orange. They also come with a carrying strap.
