Natural colored wood Bonavita Carla Lifestyle crib. Very solidly constructed and includes:
- Adjustable mattress height so you can lower it as your child grows
- Converts from crib to toddler bed and daybed
- Can be assembled with one allen wrench

Can't find a picture online of what it looks like assembled as a crib, but it's closest in style to the Bonavita Hudson crib linked here (except our color is "natural"):
Can send some photos of what it looked like as a toddler bed just before we disassembled it.
Also included is the bedside rail we got when we began using it as a toddler bed, as well as some bedding and the mattress. It was always used with a vinyl mattress protector over it, under the regular bedding. We have all the hardware as well as the instructions.
It's in very good condition with the usual wear and tear you'd expect from regular use. There is some varnish wear along one end where we had attached various crib toys and mobiles. There are also some teething marks along one section of the front rail which can be sanded down.
It's been taken apart and is ready for transport. We're on the parlor level of a townhouse so it's just up the front stoop to our level.
We'd like to have it out ASAP so priority will go to whoever can pick up soonest.
