Dark brown wood bookshelf. 32.5" wide, 70.5" tall, 11.5" deep. One fixed shelf, two adjustable. Full disclosure: shelves are slightly bowed, but this is more a matter of aesthetics than structure-- we used this bookshelf for years with no problem, and are only giving it away because we needed something bigger.
