I have an incomplete Cheesemaking kit from Ricki's see cheesemaking - Online Store
We tried once so we used one vegetable rennet pill and the citric acid and lost the thermometer
Cheese salt (unopened), rest of the rennets, muslin cloth (unopened) and booklet are left
Pick up in Flatbush - emails only please
