Champion Juicer, standard heavy duty consumer model (looks exactly like commercial model, but is white instead of black), probably not working anymore, has been stored for the past 5 years or so.
As an aside, I believe Champion advertises a ten year warranty, you might want to check their website if it does turn out this isn't working - you might get lucky.
