Ikea Hemnes Secretary Desk with add on hutch. It's about 6 years old. Dark Brown/Black. It's in very good shape, just doesn't fit in my place quite right anymore. About 7' tall with hutch, but the hutch can be removed. 3 internal shelves in the hutch, small drawer in desk. Shelf on bottom is loose and can be placed on top of desk if hutch is not attached.
I've taken it apart but all the pieces are present. It's small enough now to fit into a car trunk or if you're really crafty a granny cart.
