I have a dress mannequin to give away. It has a stand but this may need some adjustment. It can be carried on public transportation, but it is awkward so I would recommend a car to pick up.
The measurements are
It's small
bust: 32 1/4"
waist: 25 1/2"
Hip: 34 1/2"
