Ok. let ne repeat. these are two that are not working because i believe the capacitors are bad (common problem). meant to fix it but never happened.
One is a Dell 2005fp full screen 20 inch monitor with usb hub.
Second is a sceptre 24 inch led tv. problem is it will turn off after turning it on. one rare occasion i turned on and it stayed on so i believe its a tcon board problem.
