I have a children's twin slat bed (originally purchased 5 years ago when my daughter was 5, she's 10 now and outgrown it).
It has ALL the parts (including all screws and bolts) AND assembly manual
The bed is completely unfinished and has no stains or other issues. VERY CLEAN.
INCLUDES MATTRESS (absolutely NO issues wth mattress either, completely clean)
CAVEAT: TWO of the slats are broken but can be replaced by someone handy enough to find two replacement slats or you can use the following from IKEA as a replacement:

I just took the bed apart this morning, replaced it with a futon we already had so I'd like to get it out sooner rather than later as it's just taking up room.
