[BrooklynFreeCycle] OFFER: hanging plant philodendron with issues (Clinton hill)

 

Leaves are long and have had the plant for 4 yrs. not sure what is wrong with it. Maybe the roots got moldy? If you are a plant dr. Might be an easy fix. We'll have to throw it in the trash this eve unless someone can pick it up today!
