I bought a very pretty cake, (round yellow cake, about 8" diameter, with white frosting and flower decorations) for my daughter's birthday. It ended up going untouched because her dad made a chocolate cake, and everybody wanted chocolate cake.
I have tried to figure out what to do with the cake, as I hate to throw it out, and the "sell by" date is coming up, after which I suppose it will be too stale for anyone to eat. Does anyone want a free cake? Pick up in Fort Greene near Brooklyn Hospital.
