We have rolled up our old rug that is in very good condition. The loft is a little flattened but it is not stained. We do have a dog but there were never any "accidents" on it, though it probably has fur deep in the fibers so don't take it if you are allergic.
We are on the 4th floor walkup, You will need two people to carry this down and out of the house.
