Hi,
1. I have a sofa to offer. It's about 9 years old but still in good shape. Some wear on the corners and legs but otherwise in good shape and very comfortable. Beige microfiber with dark brown base, virtually unstainable (except for ink). Measures 79" x 38" x 33".
2. 8 small bags of top soil. We removed it from our garden and don't want to throw it away if someone can use it.
Pick up in Bay Ridge, in 70s near 5th Avenue.
