We have an older LeapFrog (from about 2001) with 3 reading book/cartridges:
Arthur's Lost Puppy, Finding Nemo and Scooby Doo and the Disappearing Donuts
Works fine but needs batteries (4 AA batteries)
Also have flash cards for numbers and the alphabet, some card games for kids and a Thomas the Tank Engine activity set.
Also have wooden building blocks.
