Hello - I am hoping to re-home a beautiful very realistic-style artificial christmas tree. It's a 9 foot tall tree when put together, and was originally 'pre lit' though SOME of those lights don't work and it can be just as easily strung with regular lights as any tree. Comes with a stable stand, in it's own huge carry duffel. Poles snap together to form the tree, and then once it's up, you pull out and fluff up the branches to create a full appearance. It's a really gorgeous high quality artificial tree, that will last pretty much forever...
VERY HEAVY however, at least 150 lbs, and whoever takes it must be able to carry it out and WILL need a car to transport.
Two people or a handtruck will be needed, definitely.

Again, you will need help carrying it out (or a handtruck) and you will require a car to take it away. We live in an elevator building so that will help. I would love to give this tree a new home.
