I have an HP C309a printer with power cord and installation CD. It prints beautifully from the computer but the control panel suddenly stopped responding to manual instructions. The panel needs to be replaced which can probably be done by someone handy. Once the panel is replaced, the scan-fax-copy functions should work just fine.
