Boots: Northwave brand, size 10.5. These are old but in very good condition, and quite comfortable.
Thermostat: This is a low voltage, heat only, analog thermostat. It looks just like this one, but the scale along the bottom doesn't have the degrees marked; it's just a scale of hash marks indicating "warmer." Also, it has the brand name "HouseWarmer" across it. Includes no wires or mounting screws, but it has the base plate for mounting.
