I have a TOA SL-12 speaker for a powered PA system. It's 8 ohm, 240W, the precursor to the SL-122, visible here: http://www.allguitars.com/Guitar/Equipment/slides/TOA%20SL12%20Speakers.html
It's in good shape cosmetically, and sounds great except that the woofer needs replacing. Deep bass frequencies make the speaker crackle. If you know how to do the repair or have a connection to do it cheaply, it'd make a great speaker for a DJ or band.
I'm on the Bushwick/Bed-Stuy border, near the Kosciusko stop on the J or the Myrtle stop on the M. The speaker is about 25 lb., so you could take it on the subway if you're in good shape.
