I have one of these:

It's a really big pillow, contoured for your growing belly. I can't underestimate the size. It will take up a good half of a queen bed.

It definitely helped me sleep better at in my second trimester, well into the third.  Not working as well now, but I think that's because I'm a few weeks out and not sleeping anyway.

So I'd love to pass it on.

It's a bit of a beast.  It can be stuffed into one of those blue ikea bags. 

Do note that we have cats so the cover is clean but needs to be washed again.  Other covers can be purchased if that's an issue.
