Offering a Mitchell Gold Alexa 83' sofa and a matching Alexa chair. Both in "butter" color. Super comfortable and easy to clean - just pop the slipcovers in the washer. We are the original owners..smoke-free, child-free home and no bedbugs ever. Pick up in Prospect Heights. Elevator building so no need to schlep down stairs.
Getting a new couch delivered tomorrow so first preference will be to someone who can commit to picking up both the sofa and chair THIS WEEKEND. thank you!
